The use of xalviento.com implies the full acceptance of the following Terms & conditions, which govern the relationship between Xalviento S.A.S. and the users of the portal.
1. Purpose
Xalviento provides educational content on personal finance, the Argentine economy and current social programmes. It does not provide financial, banking or investment services and does not operate as a registered agent before the CNV or the BCRA.
2. Use of the site
You agree to use the portal in good faith, respect Argentine law and not perform actions that may affect the security or availability of the service, including unauthorised automated access.
3. Intellectual property
All content published on xalviento.com is the property of Xalviento S.A.S. or its collaborators and is protected by Argentine Intellectual Property Law 11.723. Personal citation is allowed with explicit attribution to the portal.
4. Educational nature
Articles, charts and calculators have informational and educational value. They do not constitute a recommendation, offer or financial advice under the terms of Argentine Capital Markets Law 26.831.
5. Limitation of liability
Xalviento is not responsible for economic decisions taken on the basis of the published content or for temporary service interruptions due to technical causes or causes beyond its control.
6. Links to third parties
The portal may include links to external sites for reference purposes. Xalviento does not control or guarantee the content or practices of those sites.
7. Modifications

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any controversy, the parties submit to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
