2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide when subscribing to the newsletter (name and email address), as well as non-identifiable technical data generated during browsing, such as IP address, device identifier, operating system and visited pages.
3. Purposes
We use your data to send you the requested educational newsletter, measure portal performance, comply with legal obligations and prevent fraudulent activity. We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent at subscription, on the fulfilment of legal obligations and on Xalviento's legitimate interest in keeping the portal secure and operational.
5. Retention
Newsletter data is kept while your subscription remains active and up to three years after your last interaction, unless a longer legal retention period applies.
6. Your rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, update and deletion of your personal data by writing to contacto@xalviento.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the AAIP, the supervisory authority of Law 25.326.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including TLS encryption in transit, access controls and audit logs.
8. International transfers
Some technology providers may host data outside Argentina. In such cases we require equivalent guarantees and comply with AAIP regulations on cross-border data flows.

We may update this document to reflect operational improvements or regulatory changes. Any changes will be published on this page, indicating the date of the latest revision.
